Vietnamese, Czech localities promote cooperation


Vietnamese Ambassador to the Czech Republic Duong Hoai Nam has paid a working visit to Cheb city in the Karlovy Vary region, aiming to boost cooperation between Vietnamese and Czech localities. At a working session with the Mayor of Cheb, Jan Vrba, the ambassador highlighted the development of the traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation between Vietnam and the Czech Republic, citing as examples the successful implementation of two flagship projects, namely the Mong Duong 2 Thermal Power Plant and the SKODA automobile manufacturing plant in Quang Ninh province.
