TWO LUCKY UDA HOLDINGS PROPERTY BUYERS TAKE HOME PERODUA ATIVA


KUALA LUMPUR, Sarah Fathiyah Mubarak and They Wee Jin, who bought properties from UDA Holdings Berhad (UDA), drove away with a Perodua Ativa each after winning the UDA Ria 2023 Property campaign lucky draw grand prize.

UDA announced today that four other winners received vacation packages to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates; Nami Island (South Korea); Bali (Indonesia); and Semporna Island (Sabah).Five more won accommodation packages at AnCasa Hotels and Resorts.

“A total of 455 eligible UDA property buyers participated in the UDA Ria 2023 Property campaign lucky draw held over a year starting from July 7 last year, with 36 per cent of them from the Klang Valley, southern region (35 per cent), northern region (27 per cent) and eastern region (two per cent),” it said in a statement today.

UDA also awarded Petronas fuel cards worth RM100 and Touch ‘n Go cards worth RM50 to each of the 50 winners.

With a total prize of around RM200,000, the draw for 111 winners was conducted by the UDA management yesterday. E
ligible UDA property buyers participated virtually via the Microsoft Teams online platform and the event was livestreamed on UDA Property’s official Facebook page.

The prize presentation will be held at the UDA Carnival 2024@ Penang on July 28.

UDA president and chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Salem Kailany thanked buyers of UDA’s residential and commercial properties.

“Thank you for the support and trust given to us to remain committed to shaping, developing and modernising major cities in Malaysia,” he said.

UDA recorded property sales worth RM276 million during the UDA Ria 2023 Property campaign, including apartments, semi-detached residences, bungalows and double-storey terrace houses.

The UDA 2024 Carnival property campaign will involve four locations, beginning in Penang and followed by Selangor, Johor and Sarawak.
