Russian humanitarian aid arrives in Vietnam


A flight of the Russian Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief delivered 35 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Vietnam on September 20 to support recovery efforts in the aftermath of Typhoon Yagi. A handover ceremony was held in the presence of senior officials from both countries at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi.
