?PMs of Vietnam, India hold talks


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi held talks and witnessed the exchange of the two countries’ cooperation documents in New Delhi on August 1. PM Chinh is on his first trip to India in his capacity as head of the Vietnamese government, which also the first one by a Vietnamese PM to India in a decade.
