PM urges drastic action for net-zero emission in Asia


Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has urged countries to take more drastic actions, with stronger will and determination, to tackle climate change, aiming for net-zero emissions across Asia as soon as possible. The Vietnamese leader made a speech at the second Asia Zero-Emission Community (AZEC) Leaders’ Meeting, as part of the 44th and 45th ASEAN Summits and related meetings in Vientiane, Laos, on October 11.
