Implementation Of e-Invoicing Marks New Era In Enhancing Tax System – IRB

KUALA LUMPUR, The Inland Revenue Board (IRB) announced that the mandatory implementation of e-Invoicing for companies with annual revenue or sales exceeding RM100 million, effective today, marks the start of a new era in the digitalisation and enhancement of the country’s tax system.

The statement noted that, as of noon, 520,000 successful e-Invoice submissions had been recorded in the MyInvois system.

“However, media reports and complaints received indicate that some users are still experiencing difficulties accessing the MyInvois system.

“To address this issue, IRB advises users to log in again to the MyInvois system and to periodically clear their browser cache,” it said.

Further information regarding e-Invoice may be obtained via the e-Invois HASiL Help Desk at 03-8682 8000 (24-hour line), the MyInvois Live Chat, or by emailing myinvois@hasil.gov.my for general e-Invois inquiries.

Feedback may be submitted through the MyInvois Customer Feedback Form at https://feedback.myinvois.hasil.gov.my.
