Vietnam attends 28th Int’l conference of political parties


Member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and Vice Chairman of its Commission for Information and Education Le Quoc Minh led a CPV delegation to attend the 28th international conference ‘Political parties and a new society’ in Mexico City from September 25 to 29 at the invitation of the Mexican Labour Party (PT).

During his stay in Mexico, Minh had a meeting with PT General Secretary Alberto Anaya Gutierrez, and a working session with representatives from Mexico’s ruling National Regeneration Movement (Morena party) and the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).

Earlier, Minh had a working session with the Vietnamese Embassy in Mexico and laid a wreath at the monument to President Ho Chi Minh at the freedom park of ethnic groups in Mexico City.
