SYED IBRAHIM APPOINTED MDEC NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Ledang Member of Parliament Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) effective April 1.

In a statement today, MDEC said Syed Ibrahim has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications having worked with Telekom Malaysia Bhd, from 1989 to 2014 with the last position being assistant general manager.

“He also has experience in the field of customer relationship management, project management, marketing and trade sales, segmentation and analysis as well as information technology and systems management,” said MDEC.
