SIGNIFICANT GROWTH IN REAL ESTATE CAREERS AMID MARKET RECOVERY

BANGI, Careers in the real estate sector are experiencing significant growth due to the recovering market.

AFZ Realty Sdn Bhd Managing Director Afizan Mohktar said this includes an increasing demand for real estate consultants to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of property development.

‘There are many new agents (consultants) from diverse educational backgrounds who are now choosing this career as their primary option.

‘They are not only the front line in property transactions but also the key drivers in advancing this industry,’ he said when officiating the Crazy Rich AFZ Realty Gala Dinner at the Bangi Avenue Convention Centre (BACC) here tonight.

Also present were AFZ Realty Agency Director, Mohd Aiman Elmidin Shamsudin and Chief Operating Officer, Asyraf Ja’afar.

Looking ahead, Afizan expressed hope that AFZ Realty, as one of the Bumiputera real estate firms in the country, could achieve greater success in the coming year, considering the current developments.

Meanwhile, Mohd Aiman noted th
at a career as a real estate consultant can offer lucrative earnings with a high level of diligence, without the need to migrate to major cities for employment.

‘Currently, AFZ Realty has established a presence throughout Peninsular Malaysia, including smaller districts like Mersing (Johor) and Kemaman (Terengganu), due to demand there, proving that it can expand further in the future,’ he said.

The dinner event today was to showcase AFZ Realty’s appreciation of the efforts and sacrifices of all parties, including strategic partners, lawyers and bankers, who have helped the firm grow in the real estate industry over the past year.
