Public Consultation On The Draft Code Of Conduct (best Practice) For Internet Messaging Service Providers And Social Media Service Providers


CYBERJAYA, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) is holding a Public Consultation on the draft Code of Conduct (Best Practice) for Internet Messaging Service Providers and Social Media Service Providers (draft Code of Conduct (Best Practice)).

The objective of this Public Consultation is to obtain views from the public on the draft Code of Conduct (Best Practice), which sets out the best practice for adoption by Applications Service Provider Class Licence holders that provide Internet messaging service and social media service (Service Providers) in addressing harmful content online, as well as other relevant conduct requirements that are to be observed.
