Pkns Launches Loyalty+ App

SHAH ALAM, The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) today launched the PKNS Loyalty+ app, designed to reward loyal customers and attract new ones to explore its extensive range of products and services.

Its chief executive officer, Datuk Mahmud Abbas said the app is available for download to both PKNS homeowners and the general public via the Apple Store, Google Play Store and Huawei Gallery.

The app features a points-based system, that allow users to earn and redeem points, promoting continued engagement with PKNS and its subsidiaries.

“With this app, customers can accumulate reward points through various activities, such as purchasing homes or shoplots, using PKNS Group services, buying health products at Selcare, shopping at the Bazar Lokal in SACC Mall, participating in PKNS public events and engaging in in-app activities like daily check-ins and friend referrals.

“These reward points can then be redeemed for a variety of attractive rewards, as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty,”
Mahmud said in a statement today.

Mahmud added that the app, launched at the SA Sentral Festival at Galeria Sentral, Section 14, enhances the visitor experience by allowing users to view the festival’s three-day activity schedule and other upcoming programmes.

“The first 1,300 visitors to download the app will receive an RM10 e-voucher for use during the festival,” he said.

PKNS Loyalty+ is an initiative to build a Lifestyle Community through a customer database, enabling more effective direct communication and marketing.

This database allows PKNS to better understand customer needs and offer relevant deals.

Initially, PKNS homebuyers from 2020 onward will be automatically registered as PKNS Loyalty+ members, while others interested in joining must refer two additional individuals to become members.
