PKNS Bags Three PropertyGuru Awards

The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) won three prestigious awards at the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty.com.my, held here last night.

In a statement today, PKNS announced that it won two awards for its Ixora project in Antara Gapi, namely Best Landed Interior Design and Best Landed Landscape Design.

Additionally, PKNS also received the People’s Choice Award through public voting.

According to PKNS, this achievement reflects its ongoing commitment to providing modern residential architecture and meeting the highest standards to attract buyers.

‘It also serves as a benchmark, indicating that PKNS is on the right track, inspiring continuous efforts to deliver high-quality property projects capable of improving the people’s standard of living, in line with the state’s development aspirations,’ it said.

PKNS added that the Ixora project comprises 90 two-storey terraced houses, built in three different floor size variants, ranging from 1,708.68 to 1,872.51 square f
eet.

Equipped with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Ixora units are priced from RM588,000 and are expected to be completed in 2026.

‘The advantage of this project lies in its location, close to various amenities such as educational institutions, commercial areas, the Serendah KTM Station, banks, as well as attractive tourist spots with a green backdrop like Serendah Waterfall. Additionally, it offers access to several major highways,’ it said.

In its first entry last year, PKNS won four awards, including a regional award for Best Affordable Homes Developer in Asia.

Organised by PropertyGuru over the past 10 years, this award is among the country’s most prestigious property accolades, recognising and honouring developers through 103 categories.
