NO KELANTAN EXCO MEMBERS INVOLVED IN CORRUPTION – MB

KOTA BHARU, Kelantan Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud said no state leaders, particularly state executive councillors, have been convicted of corruption.

He said the ‘Developing with Islam’ policy, based on the elements of faith, worship, and morality, had successfully shaped integrity and guided leadership at all levels to reject corruption in government administration.

‘…we should remain vigilant during negotiations to avoid falling into corrupt practices,’ he said in his speech at an anti-corruption programme at Kota Darulnaim Complex here today.

Meanwhile, state MACC director Rosli Husain said the role of politicians is crucial in ensuring good governance and integrity, serving as exemplary leaders who reject corruption, abuse of power, and misappropriation.
