KUALA LUMPUR: The uniqueness and diversity of Malaysian culture, cuisines, and heritage were showcased in the heart of Tokyo city at the Malaysia Fair 2024 Tokyo from Nov 2 to 3 recently. The biggest Malaysian event in Japan was held at the Toyosu Park and Urban Dock Lalaport in Toyosu, Tokyo. It was officiated by the Malaysian ambassador to Japan, Datuk Shahril Effendi Abd Ghany.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, this year’s fourth edition targeted the participation of 50,000 Japanese and international visitors. The Foreign Ministry noted in a statement that the program also promoted Malaysia’s participation in next year’s Osaka Kansai World Expo and the Visit Malaysia Year 2026.
