KESUMA ORGANISING TIKTOK CHALLENGE IN CONJUNCTION WITH LABOUR DAY

PUTRAJAYA, In conjunction with this year’s Labour Day celebration, the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) is organising the TikTok Challenge – KESUMA Labour Day Poetry 2024, starting today until April 21.

KESUMA, in a statement today, said that the individual concept competition is open to all Malaysians, aged 18 and above, with a video content duration of between two and three minutes, and produced entirely in Malay.

‘Through this kind of competition, the sensitivity of workers’ feelings can be reflected directly through poetry, and have a great impact on the strengthening of the Malay language among multi-racial Malaysians,’ it said.

The content of the video must be appropriate for the Labour Day celebration, while participants can present poetry written by any Malaysian poets, including the National Laureate, or their own quotations.
