Bursa Malaysia Issues UMA Query To MUI Properties


KUALA LUMPUR, MUI Properties Bhd has received an unusual market activity (UMA) query from Bursa Malaysia Securities today due to the sharp rise in its share price and trading volume.

At the close today, the company’s shares rose by 10.5 sen to 35 sen, with 41.33 million shares changing hands.

It opened at 25 sen and touched its highest at 36.5 sen during the trading session.

“Investors are advised to take note of the company’s reply to the UMA query which will be posted on Bursa Malaysia’s website under the company announcements when making their investment decision,” said Bursa Malaysia in a filing today.
