KUALA LUMPUR: Boomi, the intelligent integration and automation leader, has announced the winners of its 2024 Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Customer Innovation Awards, recognised at its 2024 Boomi World Tour stop in Sydney. The awards celebrate companies that have shown remarkable commitment to various business outcomes, including smarter decision-making, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and increased productivity.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Thomas Lai, Boomi Vice President and General Manager of APJ, expressed pride in the transformative projects recognised this year, highlighting the company’s role in driving innovation. Among the celebrated recipients, Norths Collective earned the APJ Customer of the Year Award for its digital transformation strategy powered by Boomi, which effectively connected siloed systems and centralised operational and member data.
HEB Construction (HEB) was awarded the Business Excellence Award for extending its use of the Boomi platform. This initiative aimed to maximise th
e efficiency of an existing AI-powered road monitoring tool, showcasing HEB’s commitment to operational excellence through innovative technology.
Toyota Motors Corporation Australia (TMCA) received the Innovation Award. The company leveraged the Boomi platform to strengthen connectivity across its corporate business systems, including integrating systems within the TMCA franchise network in Australia. This effort also facilitated the enablement of digital products for Toyota customers, enhancing their experience.
The winners were recognized for pioneering innovative solutions by integrating applications and data into transformative, business-enhancing systems using the Boomi Enterprise Platform. This year’s recipients demonstrated exceptional performance across several criteria, such as business impact, digital transformation, innovative projects, social impact, modernization, and integration excellence.
