Asian Banking School Launches New Website that Harnesses AI to Enhance Customer Experience and Boost Efficiency

KUALA LUMPUR, ASIAN BANKING SCHOOL (ABS) has launched its new website that has been designed to be a more valuable, user-centric, and responsive resource across all platforms and devices.

The new website was built with XTOPIA AI, an acclaimed content management system (CMS) by XIMNET Malaysia, that has its own RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) AI Chat. Unlike traditional chatbots, XTOPIA AI pulls data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, up-to-date responses. It offers a smarter, faster CMS experience by combining information retrieval with natural language generation, providing dynamic updates and personalised interactions that redefine industry benchmarks.
