Agro-forestry-aquatic product exports up nearly 19% in seven months


Agro-forestry-aquatic product exports raked in 34.27 billion USD in the first seven months of 2024, up 18.8% from the same period last year, said the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD). Vietnam recorded a trade surplus of 9.42 billion USD in the agro-forestry-fishery sector during the period, surging 60% year-on-year, statistics show. In July alone, the export value of these products stood at 5.11 billion USD, a year-on-year rise of 18.2%.
